About Coronado Lawn Bowling Club:

The Coronado Lawn Bowling Club is one of Coronado's historic organizations dating back to 1935. The Green, on the corner of 7th and D Ave. is a lovely park and is often filled with lawn bowlers in their traditional white garb. It is scenic and soothing and appeared on a cover of the Coronado Telephone Book based on a print by local artist, Sara Rowe. The Green was also named a Spot of Beauty by the Bay and Bridge Floral Association.
